"They put me at ease from the second I arrived."

About: Cannock Chase Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I arrived full of trepidation, not knowing what to expect. All the staff on Hollybank Ward were fantastic. They put me at ease from the second I arrived. When I went to the theatre the Consultant and radiology team were, as well as being professional, kept me chatting and at ease. Congratulations to them all. They are a credit to the health authority.
