I just wanted to take the time to say how happy I am with treatment by the nurses that I have had. I would have done this before but didn’t realise I could.
Last year I got bitten by a spider which left a horrible wound. After leaving hospital I had to have the dressing changed every other day by the nurses.. without exception they were all efficient, friendly and kind. I was also happy to have natural treatment which I prefer, and it worked brilliant. At wknds I had nurses come in , they too were lovely.
I felt I was a nuisance,but was never made to feel this way by the nurses. Thankyou.
On a regular note, the phlebotomist at the surgery is brilliant. Having a thyroid issue I have to have regular blood tests, my veins don’t like to part with it . Every time she gets it , and with the least amount of pain ever. I am no longer anxious about having blood tests, which is amazing as I was needle phobic. Thankyou so much for being so good at your jobs.
Friendly helpful reception too.
