Seen great care, but in contrast seen unnecessary bad vibes that have no place in Leeds NHS.
After extensive experience of this hospital I was left feeling that their maybe a culture of bullying towards junior Doctors and general staff. This was the distinct impression gained at this hospital. A most miserable experience due to that.
The
Doctors i experienced that had the most pleasant caring attitude towards myself were on training rotations or were just at the hospital for a short time, or practiced elsewhere.
Please remember patients are your livelihood.
