I accompanied my mother during a recent appointment she had at the Centre. She’s been recuperating following a hip fracture. The high standard of service, knowledge and care shown by everyone, from the drivers who picked her up to the staff at the Centre, was impressive. I live abroad, and the continued welfare of my parents is a constant concern. What I saw when I visited the Centre with my mum has helped reassure me to a good extent.
