"Biopsy at Ambulatory Department"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

Just wanted to put on record how nice the two ladies that I saw yesterday - Kirsty and Angela whilst I was in have a biopsy on the back of my leg.

They were both very pleasant and made me feel comfortable.  They explained what they would be doing.  Everything was done very efficiently and I just wanted to put on record to say thank you to two very nice, helpful ladies.

Thank you so much for taking time to leave such lovely feedback, I have shared this with the minor ops team and we are all very pleased that your experience was a positive one.

Coming into hospital can be a traumatic time and we strive to ensure everyone is put at ease, we appreciate you taking the time to tell us that we managed to do this.

I hope your leg wound is healing well.

Thanks again.

Kirsty.
