The staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and very comfortable.

I am delighted to hear you found your care to be first class. This is the standard we aim for and is what patients deserve at a real difficult time.

Being in hospital is such a stressful period and it is essential that staff consider this and ensure they minimise this as much as possible. Staff will appreciate that you found they put you at ease and made you comfortable.
