I had to attend the clinic due to a very painful eye and was recommended by my optician to attend WIC.
I checked in and the waiting room was very busy but after a short wait was seen by a triage nurse who took all my details and then I was asked to return to the waiting room.
I was quite quickly called back to be seen and was seen by an excellent member of staff who organised for me to attend the eye clinic at Southport Hospital.
A letter was given to me to take and I was seen very quickly and efficiently at Southport Hospital.
The care I received at Ormskirk WIC was excellent and I would like to thank all the staff there for their assistance when I was very concerned and anxious about my eyesight.
"Excellent Service"
