I was in to get some checks on my heart at University Hairmyres Hospital and was very apprehensive about being there.

Soon after arrived I had my heart checked out by Callum in the Cardiology unit.  He definitely helped put my at ease and made the whole experience way better than I had expected... his good humour helped immensely.

As it turns out, I had to stay overnight in hospital.  The staff in Ward 3 took very good care of me and I could see from everything that they did for all the other patients that they were tireless in their professionalism and all patients were very well looked after.
