"Minor surgery to remove an epidermoid cyst on my back"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as the patient),

Today I attended the Ambulatory Care Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Stirling Road Larbert as an outpatient for the removal of an epidermoid cyst on my back. I felt at ease in the comfortable surroundings and the staff made me feel valued and respected at all times. It was an enjoyable experience considering it was a trip to the hospital. The atmosphere in Forth Valley Royal feels calm and unlike any hospital I have been to before. With the likes of Starbucks and other shops such as M and S an WH Smith, sometimes I imagine it would be easy to forget you are in a hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback which I have shared with our team. It is nice to hear that you felt valued and respected, certainly feelings we strive to promote. It can be a very anxious time coming into hospital and I am please to hear this was a positive experience for you. I hope your wound is healing well.

Thanks again.
