Hard to put into words how much I was helped this week.

Monday 11:00 am I had a profound incident where my vision was severely affected I thought I had gone blind! It came back after 10 mins or so but much diminished.

I called the surgery and asked for an urgent appointment and explained the problem, Reception couldn't be more helpful but there was no Dr with a free appt so I was offered an appt't with the practice Nurse.

She was brilliant did some tests and had obvious concerns so I was sent to BRI.

The help I got there was way beyond their duty of care but that is another story.

Rooley lane did everything they could to help me and got me the fastest treatment and help available.

Thank you practice nurse and thank you reception staff for caring.

My #NHS is brilliant!
