"Never get positive response from dr or reception"

I'm an osteoporosis patient I had a serious back pain I was keep calling & didn't get appointment until 4weeks means almost a month. I was literally crying and bagging in front of receptionist but the receptionist was so rude. After lot of effort I got an appointment in 4weeks & dr just saw me for 1minute hardly. As I suggest them to do MRI they just wrote down test for MRI. They dint even check me or bother to ask me what's happening to you or nothing.

My MRI reports came & I have some problem in my lower back plates but after reports it's been 5days no one called me to let me know there is something wrong in my MRI. When I called them reception told me to book an appointment as dr left a note for you. Further more they gave me an appointment after 2weeks . By the time my problem can get worst but they don't bother. It's really awful. Just to reach dr for only 1min it takes almost a month. My pain and my injuries got worst due to not having a treatment on time .

Please can you take a moment to visit the Practice Management and we would like to learn about your experience in order to investigate if there are areas of the surgery operations we need to improve.
