From day one in Ward 4 my care was excellent, right from the surgical staff to the housekeeping staff.  The nursing staff were very professional and caring and looked after me very well at all times.  I was kept well informed of my progress and felt as relaxed as one could be in these somewhat stressful circumstances.

The only one area in need of improvement is the discharge lounge which was badly organised and somewhat chaotic.

It is lovely to read such positive comments and I am very pleased that you had such a good experience and that you felt relaxed, under stressful circumstances.

I am sorry however that the discharge lounge was chaotic.

I will forward your posting to the senior nursing and medical team for Ward 4 as well as the Housekeeping team.

I will ask that your posting is shared with the staff, as I am sure they will be delighted to read your comments.

In addition, I will also forward your posting the senior management team for the discharge lounge, so they aware of your comments.
