"5 stars for Dermatology"

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Dermatology

Following a recent referral by my GP, I want to commend the Dermatology unit for exceptional quality of care and communication.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Nursing staff were reassuring and caring. The Consultant Dermatologist took time to explain actions and decisions. As a small op was necessary, he again was very clear in explaining options, and after-care. Three visits for Patch tests also were efficient, and punctual.

I can say that this has been my best experience of the NHS, with a department who obviously take a personal pride in doing their jobs well!
