(as a service user),

I am writing to express my thanks to the team of visiting local nurses From Locala Huddersfield who looked after me following a very painful and unpleasant episode of cellulitis on my right leg.

Following discharge from ambulatory care unit at HRI Huddersfield, the Locala nurses visited me, initially daily, and then less frequently as required, to  change my dressings and in the early stages to administer anti-biotics.

I was particularly impressed with the care, attention to  detail and helpful advice which I received from   all of the nurses who attended me,  and which I believe hastened my recovery. I would also wish  to  thank the admin staff who dealt with any of my enquiries.

Please be kind enough to pass my grateful thanks to all concerned.
