"Appalling Treatment"

About: Whiston Hospital / Accident and emergency

Visited Paediatric A&E with my daughter today and had an appalling experience.

We received low quality care and concerns were dealt with in the most unprofessional way by aggressive and defensive staff.

Disgusting attitudes and poor handling of my complaint.

Really don't think that the five star patient care concept has been communicated to this department.

You will not hear the last of this believe me.

Some of you shouldn't be working in the health service.
