(as the patient),

Solihull hospital appt,.. follow up... Was asked "so why are you here. " and was told ."your wasting my time, and yours being here! ".then also " if everyone with your condition was here we wouldn't be able to move! ".  Speechless!  rude arrogant.  Been admitted since I "wasted" that time! ..👾
