"Abysmal appointment system"

About: The North Leeds Medical Practice

Telephoning is terrible; it is often engaged first thing with no adequate queuing system. To get to the automated system can be very hit and miss.

I managed to get through and requested an emergency appointment for my child. I was told a Doctor would call me back.

I was tending to my child and missed the call.

The Practice removed my request for the emergency appointment after one attempt to contact me.

The appointment service is far worse than several of the other GP Surgeries I have used in the past.

Many thanks for your comments regarding the Surgery. We are looking at changing our telephone system to allow for better navigation for patients. Apologies that you missed your call. I will pass this on to all involved.
