"Terrible service"

Referred my husband to the hospital and then seemingly didn’t read the letter the hospital sent them. Hospital prescribed my husband with certain medication that needed to be injected and said we had to get needles and syringes from our gp, we went in to ask them and they said they would contact us. A week later we rang to check, they didn’t have a record. They knew it was urgent. 2 WEEKS LATER they called to say they couldn’t give us the necessary equipment without reviewing my husband first. So basically, he’s been prescribed medication that he can’t physically take as it has to be injected. Where’s the logic? Ended up buying them off amazon! Sort out this surgery please, it’s terrible!
