I visited this surgery for the first time today following a referral by my GP. The appointment was made easily and after consideration of my availability. I when to see the doctor on time and after examination I was told minor surgery was required. I was offered for this to be done there and then. Throughout the appointment I was given clear advice and I was treated with the utmost kindness and courtesy. Thank you so much

Thank you for your comments advising that you had been able to book an appointment easily to see a GP at the University Medical Centre and that consideration had been made at the time to take in to account your availability. Thank you also for sharing the positive experience of your appointment with the GP as it is always very helpful to know that the services provided have met with expectations to offer the health care and support as needed.
