The receptionist and all staff are very polite, they do have so many negative people, shouting and giving abuse, but they still keep a happy smile for the next patient

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about our hard working reception staff. Sadly a small number of patients do think it is acceptable to abuse our staff but luckily that is in the minority. My reception team are very experienced in their roles and cope with the negativity very well but it is good to see that this doe not go unnoticed. Kind regards Sandra Acott, Practice Manager
