I fully agree with the A&E review by anonymous for his visit on Monday just past. I visited A&E on Friday 9 March after being referred by the GP as urgent. Obviously I don't know whether it was the same nurse but she had no empathy and gave the impression that, because I didn't have a letter from the GP, it was my fault for being there. I stress that once
I was admitted to the ward several hours later, staff were caring and helpful.
