I took my son in as he had had a bang on the head and nasty bruising and swelling to his eye. Everybody was so kind and friendly, the receptionist in A&E, the triage nurse in children's ED , the consultant doctor and the radiographer who took his x rays. He was well looked after and everybody took the time to explain to me and him what was happening.
Gladly all is fine and we were let go that evening,
I was really impressed with how he was cared for and want to say thank you to all involved.
