I had a laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on the 7th of March. This was my first surgery and I had never received anaesthesia before. From the moment I was led into the pre-surgery waiting area to the last minute of my discharge every member of the team went out of their way to take care of me. The lead consultant, the anaesthetist and the nursing staff explained everything, followed procedure to the core and in fact came to check on me in the recovery room. These actions go beyond the call of duty. Considering that this is the public sector and no incentives are inbuilt for their extra efforts, their work in itself must be something that they value over and above. Humbled by the extreme professionalism and concern of these super women. Big Thank you!
"Extremely professional and considerate"
