(as a service user),

Was overdosed on methadone/physeptone. Thanks to Kim of One Recovery who gave me a kit of naltrexone due to her fabulous advice to get another kit. It saved my life as would probably be dead if she hadn't would not be here today.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. It is great to hear your use of Naloxone was able to help you in an overdose situation. We are proud to be able to train and issue service users with this life saving equipment, alongside other Harm Reduction methods we use. I am sure Kim would have issued you with a replacement kit but please ask if not. If you know anyone who could be at risk of overdose encourage them to come into service, get trained and get a kit. We really do value everyone's life.

Kim is amazing and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team. Keep working with Kim on your recovery goals and step by step you can achieve them.
