"Pointless crisis team"

About: Edward Street Hospital

Rang the crisis team due to my grandfather's dementia getting worse he won't eat, drink, use the toilet (he is urinating in his bed and not telling us) he is abusive and has hit me a few times, anyway the crisis team had social services contact us (very rude on the phone) useless told us the abuse is nothing and to just get incontinence pads. Don't bother ringing the crisis team it's a waste of you're phone bill
