About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as the patient),

I would like to thank the nurses and staff in the day intervention unit at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy. I was in overnight in early March. Despite the terrible weather conditions my stay was very pleasant ant the staff exemplary.

The nurses were Shona, Mary, Michelle, Nicola and Emma.

The ambulance crew were also commendable as they had to dig through snow to get to me.

Thank you for your feedback following your overnight stay in the Day Intervention Unit.

The "beast from the east" caused massive disruption with many staff going the extra mile to ensure that patients were cared for. It is lovely to receive your kind comments and I will be sure to pass them onto the staff mentioned in your post.
