"Contacting physiotherapy department"

The appointment system has recently been removed from health centres to the hospital for which I have r eived no prior letter of information. Due to illness of physiotherapist at Pulborough my last two appointments have been cancelled. Finding myself in a position where I need to cancel an appointment booked for next Tuesday due to illness, I contacted Pulborough to be informed they are unable to cancel or book appointments and needed to contact the hospital directly. There was only a telephone message stating the department was closed, a too quickly spoken message giving its opening times which are limited making it impossible for me to cancel the appointment as I will not be available next week. This appears to be an incredibly bureaucratic inefficient system and worked well when left to the local health centres and physiotherapist concerned.

Please note to enable this review to be validated I am now having to enter a false date and visit details when I have not visited the hospital but. My local physiotherapy centre at Pulborough Health Centre. This is frustrating and a very poor reflection upon the current administration.
