"GP Surgery Review"

On 28th November 2016, I left a review on the subject of the difficulties which I, as a person suffering with mental illness, encountered in trying to register with and access the services of this surgery.

After I had left the review, I was contacted by the Practice Manager, who addressed (but did not resolve) the issues and provided me with an e-mail address (as I have severe anxieties concerning instigating telephone calls) via which to contact the surgery.

Six months later, I can confirm that e-mails to the address I was given do not get answered; furthermore, when attempting to contact the surgery by telephone (I got so desperate after my unanswered e-mails that I summoned the courage to make a telephone call), I hear a recorded message advising me that the surgery is closed (despite the calls being made during the advertised opening hours) and to call 111 (which I am unable to do as they will refer me to a surgery) - there isn't even an answerphone!

No wonder the NHS is in crisis!
