"Amazing ward fabulous Team"

About: Queen Alexandra Hospital / Urology

Thank you to the consultant and urology team both doctors and nurses on D7 and SAU. Involved me in my care and I felt listened to for the first time ever. Understanding of long term health condition and able to provide detailed care plan and management of necgvfew days and months ahead. The member of staff who helped me learn how to self catheterise thank you for your kindness and compasdion. Ward staff very kind and caring both day and wonderful night staff. Could not be more grateful for a consultant who treated me as an individual and more than a set of notes .

Thank you for providing such positive feedback of your experience at the Urology Unit and Ward D7. I will be sure to pass your comments on to the staff who will be delighted to hear that their care was so appreciated.
