Being a healthy person who rarely visits the doctor it came as a big shock to find myself sitting in the waiting room week after week due to my sons various illnesses and my own health difficulties following the birth of my child. But every time I felt respected, listened to, and my concerns felt validated. The reception staff accommodate my requests with appointments and are calm and patient. The medical team never rushed me through the appointment and I always left feeling reassured. No one can ask for more
