Thank you for taking the time to comment. its great that you enjoy the groups and 1:1 and we think its important to have a variety so its great you are going to both. we come across a lot of people who are a bit worried about groups but after a while they really find them useful. Hopefully you are able to attend a range of the groups including some of the peer support groups we offer. As well as enjoying them its important that you get something from them for you to take on in your recovery - I'm sure that's the case!!
