"To all Staff on A3."

My dad has just spent over a week on A3 in s cubicle. I’ve had to right this review as I witnessed first hand what dedicated NHS staff looks like.

We were there at the same time as the extremely bad weather,end February/ March ,when most of the county came to a stand still .

The staff were amazing, they were working so hard , severe staff shortages causing more problems, but they all kept smiling and acted very professionally. I particularly noticed how they worked as a team, each one helping the other, some staff staying after their shift had done and helping out in another role. The ladies who fetched the meals and a member of staff who did a bit of everything from cleaning to meals are who I wanted to say a special thank you too for going that extra mile the NHS are lucky to have you and staff like you are a great asset to the NHS.
