"Thank you"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Attended Lincoln A&E yesterday (Sunday) after a fall in the snow on Thursday. I was in an incredible amount of pain and could no longer wait to see my doctor as I was not guaranteed an appointment and I was certain I needed X-rays.

When attending A&E it was incredibly busy, there were a lot of staff who seemed run off their feet, yet still remaining professional and kind to all patients and colleagues.

I was in and out in 4 hours after having 2 consultations with a wonderful nurse practitioner and 3 X-rays. All staff were incredibly kind and sympathetic when on numerous occasions I became a crying mess due to the pain.

A massive thank you to every single person working in the A&E department. You guys are a national treasure.

Thank you so much for taking the time to offer your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had a fall.

It is very kind of you to comment on how hard the staff were working particularly when you must have been in so much pain. I will be sure to pass this feedback on to the rest of the team.

I hope your are making a good recovery.

Thank you again.

Regards
