"Their kindness put me at ease"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I was feeling apprehensive about my Hernia operation, however, the kindness shown by the staff soon put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would like to thank them all for the way they cared for me that day. I phoned the ward a week after my operation with a concern I had and Staff Nurse E. Baillie made me an appointment  within two hours to see the surgeon, once again thank you.
