"Treated with care and respect and compassion"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

Last week I slipped off of an uneven kerbstone and heard a nasty crack. My husband drove me straight to A &E where my treatment and care was second to none. I was triaged, given pain relief, xrayed ( I had broken my ankle ) fitted with a boot and crutches and out within the hour. I was treated with care and respect and compassion from everyone that I came into contact with.

This is the fourth time in 5 years of needing help from Musgrove and each time my family and I have received the same amazing service.

Thank you to all, your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Dear Pinkbulldog

I hope you are recovering well. I am glad to hear that we treated you well on a clinical and personal level. To hear that this has happened consistently over 5 years makes me very happy! Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us, as you may be aware after the recent snow we have been incredibly busy and our team have been doing their best to keep going and not let our good standards slip, to have good feedback really helps keep us going.

Regards

Louise
