"She smiled all the time"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Urology (Ward 11c)

(as a relative),

My wife and I went to see our brother in law at the Renal department Ward 4a at QE hospital. He was taken in by ambulance early morning in a very bad way. We thought the worst.

Full marks to Alison who was the nurse looking after him.

What a great work attitude and she smiled all the time.

Great skill to be able to do your work with such a pleasant attitude.

Well done Alison.

Dear Beechwood

Thank you for your post on Care Opinion.

It is lovely when family members take the time to praise the staff for their care and attention. It is amazing the difference a smile can make.

I will make sure that we share your post with Alison

Please pass on my best wishes to your Brother in Law.

Kind Regards

Nicole
