Attended first thing in the morning, the staff were incredibly welcoming and instantly put me at ease. The Doctor fully explained everything and answered every question we had.
After that my wife was given a cup of tea whilst I went through for the procedure. Again I was put at ease which helped immensely in an initially embarrassing situation.
The procedure was very quick and almost painless, which was a pleasant surprise, and the aftercare and advice were great.
