"The New System is rubbish"

I have no problem with the staff as they are all brilliant, it’s the new system that is the problem as I don’t think I should have to tell the receptionist my business as it is private! In doing so I wasn’t able to book an appointment straight away and as it is 2 hours later the only available slots that are available I can not attend due to work so it looks like I won’t get in till Monday if I’m lucky as it’s Friday today which isn’t good as I have a blood clotting problem and I keep bleeding and don’t want to go to A+E if I don’t have to.
