"They helped me regain my confidence"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services

(as a service user),

I found all three who assisted me to be very helpful and caring, They helped me to improve my balance and regain my confidence.

I found things challenging initially such as managing the stairs and building up to going outdoors. However I persevered and their advice and guidance has achieved good results.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
