"A great exprience"

After a fall on icy pavement I was take to A&E by a relative. On arrival there was a long queue at reception, each patient was processed speedily and efficiently. Many people waiting however I was seen by triage nurse within 45mins. This process was carried out very professionally and efficiently. It didn’t seem too long before I saw a doctor who treated me and explained everything that was being done including dressing my wound, giving a tetanus injection and diagnosing my other aches and pains. After a traumatic fall the whole process was carried out in a very sympathetic manner, the whole process taking just about 2 hours. Thank you A&E Maidstone Hospital.
