"My 4 year was not taken care of"

I've taken my daughter for spots and soars.The nurse practitioner scribbled a non existing

medicine on a piece of paper and handed to me. In my nursing career, I've never seen or used such a medicine. Still i tried almost all the pharmacies in Fareham .After an hour of driving and searching, i contacted the surgery, and was put on hold for several minutes.

So my husband went to the surgery to inform them about the non availability and to ask for an alternative medicine. He has to wait until 5.30PM, to get an alternative cream which is commonly available in all high street shops.

We were let down by the service provided by the surgery this afternoon.
