"EPAU"

I had to go to the EPAU department on 4 separate occasions due to spotting in my pregnancy. Every time I went in or called the department the staff were so helpful and friendly. I did feel I was wasting their time as it seemed to be same symptoms but baby was growning as expected. Sadly on my last visit there was no FH detected. I had miscarried but hadn’t shown any signs. The lady who scanned me and the staff that saw me afterwards shown genuine concern and compassion towards me. I couldn’t fault any of the staff on EPAU I think York Hosptial is very lucky to have the staff they do. Pregnancy is a time of joy and happiness but sometimes sadly it is a time for sadness. The staff were brilliant the experience I had in EPAU was the best full of supportive kind compassionate staff.
