"Fantastic staff and extremely efficient"

This is the third colonoscopy I have had in this hospital, it's an unpleasant procedure but the staff in the endoscopy unit are worth their weight in gold. Extremely efficient, obviously know the job very well, the staff work well as a team. The doctor carrying out the procedure was very gentle and listened to my concerns and worries before he started and took them all on board.

Even though this was routine procedure the staff never made me feel like they were on 'auto pilot' and treated me like an individual and the flow from each member of staff from booking in, the guy with the needle, porter, all the way through to the cup of tea after was so smooth and caring my usual stress disappeared.
