I had a hernia repair yesterday. The service I received was beyond exceptional. My nurse was amazing. He was very caring and looked after me. My surgeon was excellent who was very informative, reassuring and caring. The department expectedly is under pressure due to all the operations they need to do and respond to patient needs but despite that they were all very calm, caring and patient! Unfortunately I can. Not recall everyone’s name but from the cleaner, coffee lady, all the nurses to the anaesthetist were great! Big thumbs up from me and continue the amazing work you do!
