About: North Tyneside General Hospital

I attended with worsening ankle pain having been unable to secure a GP appointment until the following week.

The receptionist was polite and professional whilst taking my details.

The nurse attending to me was caring, respectful and knowledgeable. She listened to my symptoms and diagnosed Achilles Tendonitis, gave me pain relief, advice and appropriate support for my ankle.

I work myself, proudly, in the NHS and have to give credit to the hardworking and caring staff of North Tyneside General Hospital.
