"Rude disrespectful receptionist"

Having visited Forest Gate Surgery today for a routine B12 injection I was greeted by a very rude receptionist. Being a strong character I have decided to highlight this issue for the vulnerable visitors of the centre who would not welcome such a rude greeting. My advice to the Practice Manager would be to invest some time in training for your team who quite clearly have no people skills. Appalling behaviour from a public service body.
