"shocking"

this surgery is getting worse you can never get an appointment even though you go past the doors and the waiting room is empty! receptionist think they can diagnose you over the phone when they are not a doctor! they choose to send a child to a&e instead of seeing them for an ear infection. I have been off my medication for 6 months because they are investigating and want to see me but whenever I try they say they are full and need to ring 8am but you can never get through. horrendous!!!!
