"looked after well but housekeeping needs review"

About: St Richard's Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

I was recently admitted on to witterings ward with a broken ankle etc . The nursing staff were outstanding in there care towards me however most patients had a problem with a certain housekeeper although efficient could of been more cooperative . Us broken bones patients had to move around s our tables and cups etc and the meals were slammed down on trays only for us again to have to ask the housekeeper to assist. I have heard this lady was only helping out on the ward so wasn't regular but boy does she need staff training in manners. Her attitude at times had a few of us patients nervous to ask the housekeeper as she was quite aggressive in her manner.
