"Very efficient"

Having fractured my hand, I went to the Beacon where my x-ray was explained to me and I was given a plaster cast. The nurse who dealt with me was excellent! She showed real care, was very personable, calm and respectful. She answered every question I had, clearly and also plastered my arm very neatly and efficiently. She told me it was her first day - I assumed she had been there for years. She is a credit to the NHS and The Beacon Centre. I would be grateful if my thanks was passed on.
