"Thoughtful catering staff at Crosshouse"

About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as a relative),

I'd like to thank the catering staff at Crosshouse for helping my elderly mum yesterday. She suffers from poor circulation and was struggling to hold and carry a tray in the dining room after a cold journey to the hospital.

The staff noticed and kindly helped by carrying her tray to a table for her and getting her tea. I'm guessing that the catering staff don't often receive praise through this website so wanted to thank them on my mum's behalf.
